The Free Email Service comprises of the following services:

• Email Account: DNSPreneur provides you 2 Email Account(s) free with every domain purchase, alongwith POP/IMAP access. Each account comes with 100 MB space.

• Email Forwarding: This service is provided free upon purchase of any Product/Service through DNSPreneur.

In order to view the Free Email Service interface, you need to search for the Product/Service you have purchased and access its Order Information interface.

To List/Search and Manage the Free Email Service

1. Login to your Control Panel:

   For Resellers: 1

   For Customers: 2

2. Then,

   For Resellers: In the Menu, go to Products -> List All Orders.

   .

   For Customers: In the Menu, go to Domains -> List All Orders.

   Note

   You may instead use the widget on the Control Panel homepage itself, to bring up the Email Management interface:

   1. Within the Manage Free Services widget, provide the domain name.

   2. Select Free Email Service from the drop-down menu.

   3. Click >>.

3. Search for the Order for which you have activated the Free Email Service.

4. Click the Product/Service purchased for the domain name, for which you wish to start using the Free Email Service. This will bring up the Order Information view for the specific Product/Service.

5. Clicking the Email tab will bring up the Free Email Service interface.
